Gentle Lawncare

We believe that a healthy, attractive lawn begins with healthy soil. Our approach starts with a careful assessment of conditions both above and below ground, identifying the factors that influence grass growth, soil structure, drainage and the overall condition of the lawn.

From this initial analysis, we develop a tailored annual programme designed to improve soil health and encourage stronger, more resilient grass. Treatments are selected according to the needs of each lawn and applied at the most appropriate times of year.

Our programme combines regular scarification, aeration and recycling mowing with high-quality 70/30 topdressing and carefully timed applications of natural liquid fertilisers. The aim is to improve soil structure, encourage healthy root development and create conditions in which grass can thrive naturally.

Where appropriate, we also offer specialist verticutting to control surface growth and encourage a denser, more even sward.

Overseeding forms an important part of lawn improvement. We select grass seed mixtures according to the conditions and intended use of each lawn, whether the priority is a fine ornamental appearance, durability for family use or improved performance in shaded areas.
